Disappointed with the communication and reliability. I was promised delivery, but it kept getting delayed with one excuse after another. I understand things happen, but a little honesty and follow-through would go a long way.
Nice tiles and nice sales people but they do not stand behind their product once sold. Tiles were installed already so I could not replace (which they offered) They did not want to accommodate for the damages after the fact. Shame because the tile that was damaged had marching veins in the center of the room.
