Went to Darrell after a 30k trail run with super sore legs and now feeling so much better!
Darrel is amazing. I went today for the first time, for a deep tissue with dry needling, massage. It was very necessary after cycling for more than a year around the world. As a tourist you never know where to go, but this was a good decission. The whole body was stiff and Darrel did an excellent job. So thank you Darell! We will come back.
