Massage therapist didn’t put enough pressure, even when I asked for a firmer pressure.
I finally braved my fears and did an Ice-Bath at Laze in Nelson Bay. Not only once, but TWICE - WOWEE 🤗 I am so proud of myself and support I received in doing this for myself was incredible. Laze is crisp, clean, a supportive/safe and loving environment to return to yourself. Thank you Laze, I will be returning again and again and again!
Had such a wonderful experience at Laze wellness the Lumi Lumi massage was definitely the best massage I’ve experienced yet! I highly recommend Laze wellness. I’m definitely coming back for another massage and to explore the other luxurious offers they provide.
I just had the pleasure of experiencing the 60 minute relaxation massage at Laze Wellness Centre and it was absolutely fantastic. Barbara, my masseur was exceptional. She skillfully worked on my tight calf muscles and lower back, leaving me feeling incredibly relaxed and rejuvenated. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming.
