If you are looking for a great Real Estate Lawyer then give these guys a call. The other thing I use them for is Landlord tenant board issues. Patrick is the in house Paralegal and he has lots of experience with any lease or tenant issues. They are a full spectrum law firm but small enough to make you feel special.
