Not sure about the rest of the attorneys there, but I would not recommend David Lazan services to anyone. He was my attorney whom I hired for closing on my property in Egremont. I was a seller. He sent me his fee agreement and it was $1500. The attorney from Entryonly web site (they were my brokers) offered me flat fee $750, but I thought keeping money for local businesses in the Berkshires is a good thing. Big mistake. My closing was delayed two times (buyers had issue with the mortgage) and the closing date was delayed twi... read more
