I went here for a workers comp claim after the last facility messed up on helping me. I had so many hoops to jump through but the doctor actually treated me respectfully and Trish bless her heart was a wonderful help. She is probably one of the best receptionist people I have ever had work with me. It was a lot and a big mess and she still went out of her way for me a few times.
I have used them twice for my required DOT exam. GREAT customer service, friendly, professional & overall wonderful server. They even put my bike behind office during my appointment as I forgot my . Dr. and RN were just soo kind & understanding, DOT exam is stressful as if you fail you could be furloughed or laid off, the Layton Workmed Team supported me & made experience nothing but positive. I had to come here because I injured myself at work and the InstaCare said I had to go to workmed. I’ve waited for over an hour.. with no one ahead of me. I don’t get what we are waiting for. I haven’t even seen anyone yet but I’m giving them 2 stars for being open and because the 2 staff interactions have at least been quick. I’m ready to walk out of here. Update: I went back for a follow up appointment and I was seen very quickly. I went early in the AM. The doctor there is awesome, so I’m changing my review to 4 stars.
