I received two billing breakdowns in the mail showing a trust balance of $180. To clarify, I called the office to confirm whether any further action or payment was required. The first representative I spoke with explained that I had overpaid and should expect a refund check in the mail. After two weeks without receiving anything, I called again to follow up. Shanna Surrett is such a good attorney. She is so helpful and she clearly knows what she is doing. She is very well spoken and very knowledgeable. She is definitely an attorney I would suggest to someone. Sometimes things don't always go the way you want them in court; however she empathizes with her clients and has a way of making a person feel like things are going to be ok.
