From my initial phone call to my exit-Gary was extremely helpful, knowledgeable & skilled . He came in during a sub zero & snowy day- just to treat me. He explained exactly what to expect during & after the treatment & why/how his approach works. Felt much better after my 1st massage & have already booked my 2nd!

Gary is fantastic! Not only does he explain what he is doing beforehand to give you insight on what or why he may do things, he continues that on the table. I have done 2 sessions thus far and my body is starting to feel much better and more balanced. Gary will also pivot the session and do other stretches/work if he sees an issue in "real-time" which I appreciate as it means (to me) he is actively engaged during the session and NOT just going through the motion
