Feel that my senior was taken advantage of. She went in alone to buy a pillow. Clerk didn't ask any questions or advise no return. She left with a standard size pillow ,required a king and pillow was way too soft. Went next-day to exchange and the advised no return . Went to sleep country and had excellent service

It's a family business that's been around for 37 years. I received personalized service in helping select a custom coffee table and chair. They are currently offering 37% off certain items as they celebrate 37 years. For non applicable items, they are waiving the sales tax. I believe it's only for the month of June. Lots of options to choose from with quality offerings.
I have purchased several items from Layered living and Master Bedroom. Two sofas, a recliner, a side chair, a mattress and bed frame. This is by far the best experience I have had. Customer services keeps me coming back and the quality is some of the best anywhere. They offer amazing deals. Some are equal or cheaper than other retailers but the quality is much better. When selecting furniture, Kris was helpful with full product knowledge. Communication was clear and questions were answered. The delivery process was exceptional - the two guys were respectful and took care when bringing the large items inside. They took care of removing any packaging and took all bits and pieces with them - overall great experience and would absolutely recommend Layered Living for your next furniture purchase.
