Mariela and the team at Laxpress came to the rescue when Avis rejected us… A provided shuttle to their location from the other big companies was a nice service. As under 25-yo renters it was a make or break for our road-trip vacation. No hidden fees and professional and polite upon delivery and return of rental vehicle. Price was about the same as the big companies, and accepts debit cards. Thank you for your help in our situation, after a long day of travel.
Polite service, pleasant staff, we received an SUV in good condition. The company literally saved us from a near holiday disaster as the rental company we used failed to provide us a car when we arrived at LAX. LAXpress team came to collect us, and they also dropped us off back at the airport when we returned the car - it was really appreciated by my children.
