I just got hung up on by an Asian woman working there who didn’t speak English well enough to understand my complaint why I needed a lawyer then hung up on me when i asked to speak to someone else who could help me
Also completely usuleless.. they just give you some websites that you can google yourself. No help at all. This used to work great. Now it's just a gimmick
Completely a sick joke.. useless
Never again with access pro bono. They are wasting your time and energy more than anything else. So disappointed with their services i prefer to represent myself than using access probono because they add more stress and anxiety and yet they dont even know what they are doing.
I asked for a lawyer knowledgeable about human rights and they referred a real estate lawyer. Other lawyers refused to take the case because of their lack of expertise. Other lawyers give you 15 minutes free then start the clock so you have to pay while they spend all the time asking basic questions that should have been addressed prior to the consultation.
