Called and spoke with customer rep Wendy who got flustered and loud when she couldn't understand what I was asking for. Asked to speak to her supervisor and I spoke with Erin who pretty much said that Wendy has been working at that office for a long time and is excellent in what she does. I've worked in customer service for 14 years including for the State of Pennsylvania and Wendy seems to be lacking in formal education.
