They installed a a Kohler generator for us approximately 1.5 years ago and everything seems to be running good. We did have an issue after a deep snow and the generator would not run in test mode. We called for service and TJ took care of the problem. Apparently, the intact took in some snow and ice developed in the intake and carburetor, all is good again. Make sure the snow is cleared well from near the intake. Thank you TJ!
I had Lawton install a generator approximately 1.5 years ago. Everything seemed fine. This weekend it failed to start in exercise mode, so I called them and was told they would be out Wednesday. Well Wednesday came and went and nobody showed up or informed us that they had a problems making it out. So then called back and was told they couldn't make and might be out next week. Purchased a kohler 26k generator and they installed it yesterday. The ladies in the office are always happy and amazing to deal with. The crew that installed my generator was quick, friendly, and on time. Needless to say, I am ready for my next blackout!! 🤞🏻🤣
They took care of the complete install except for Propane (Paraco handled that). I had them come back a 2nd time after my wood stove installation just to make sure there was proper clearance for everything. They handle yearly maintenance as well. We just went through a 98-hour power outage, and the generator operated flawlessly. HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
Had a whole house generator installed and I couldn't be happier. I am a customer of both Generac and Koehler. Lawton Power Systems answered every question that I had and then some. They are all very personable and don't to earth people.
