They took care of the complete install except for Propane (Paraco handled that). I had them come back a 2nd time after my wood stove installation just to make sure there was proper clearance for everything. They handle yearly maintenance as well. We just went through a 98-hour power outage, and the generator operated flawlessly. HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
Had a whole house generator installed and I couldn't be happier. I am a customer of both Generac and Koehler. Lawton Power Systems answered every question that I had and then some. They are all very personable and don't to earth people.
Cannot say enough good about this company. Office staff provided excellent communication and were friendly. Generator installation was seamless. The installation team was experienced and it showed. They coordinated with gas and power companies. The whole process took only a few hours and it runs perfectly. Prior to installation, the owner (Tom) visited the site to determine the proper size generator, best location, and to explain how it would work.
Great people. Honest and Fair. They are a great team.
