Working with Carol was the best experience i’ve ever had getting my taxes done. In and out in 30 minutes, everything done correctly. Her fee is more than fair. I had used Ferguson before and it was a nightmare. Carol is the only person I will go to now.
Terrible communication, both out of office during tax season. Complete joke.

If you could go any where else, I would highly recommend going somewhere else! We were given extremely bad tax advice. In 2014 we asked Carol about an IRA and she told us we did NOT have to pay taxes on it. Come to find out, we do. So now we are stuck paying taxes for 3 years on an IRA we were instructed we didn't have to pay taxes on. Otherwise, we would have fixed it to have taxes come out!
I love this place. They are the most friendly and caring people. The are super professional and helpful. They are very reasonable as well price wise. I will continue to go there for my taxes and any financial guidance in the future. Bill and Carol are great people and all their staff are amazing as well!
