This is the worst bank experience I have ever had!!!! I used this bank because it was close to my job. The women are rude, and they are hateful!!! I have changed jobs (different area) so I went to close my grandsons savings account. I received less then 10% of what I originally deposited due to no activity!!!! It's was a child's savings account!!! How much activity is it going to get? I'm so glad I have washed my hands of this bank and their rude employees!!! Merry Christmas!!!
This is our long time local bank. Terrific staff! Has a lot of the benefits of a big national brand, but with personal service.
