Excellent personal service. Tom was patient, efficient, and really listened and took onboard our tax situation. We didn't feel like just a number. Very impressed with how switched on and knowledgeable he is.
Its taken a long time to find a good accountant, highly recommend.

Easy to work with able to do phone appointments and quick
It saddens me, but will be seeking a new tax agent next year. No warning of the $66 price hike. I'm not willing to pay almost $200 for a 5 minute phone call.
