Nicola is a caring person to LL’s but a weapon to Tenants. My husband and I used her and she was always attentive to the details of our case. My wife and I recently used Nicola a few times to deal with problematic tenants. Nicola was wonderful throughout the entire process. She made us feel calm and listened to all of our concerns. From start to finish Nicola was precise, professional, sympathetic and always reachable. I would happily use her services again and highly recommend her to any landlord needing help.
