I was having a hard time with taking the bottom bracket of out of my bike so I spend 4 days trying to take it off, while spending money that I didn't have. I was a student and my income was not that much, and so I had no choice but to choose a bike service shop, and on the way, I went to 3 seperate store and they had no way to take it out, until the 4 store being this, I showed my bike to him and he took it out easily, and for free as well. I'd like to show my utmost appreciation to that person. Thank you very much!!!
Needed some replacement cleats that are essentially obsolete, but staff helped me find them (hidden up high) and knew exactly where they were! Am example of staff knowledge, helpfulness and cooperation. They're about to move across the road!

The team at Lawrencia Cycles are the best! Dropped in today to get a hand making a few adjustment to my road bike. I was in and out in 10mins, and the team couldn’t have been more helpful. I heard them supporting another customer too and they really go above and beyond. They have a customer for life now!
A very basic review, but ordered some ‘hard to get’ brake pads online on Tuesday evening - received same in mail today. Very prompt service. Especially as it’s christmas. Well done.
