After many years of, ok service, Mr Vance prepared our tax returns in 2019 incorrectly. We had another CPA look at the same records for a 2nd opinion, and this CPA confirmed this. We instructed Vance's office, when the returns were completed, to DO NOT efile our return, while we looked into the issue and yet some weeks later, he did efile the incorrect return and without our written approval, as required by the IRS!
