Individualized treatment for people needing skilled and compassionate care in a small, family-like setting. The staff know my mom and take great care of her in an environment that is pretty and clean. Special call out to staff member, first shift,Renee in cottage 12 who treats mom like she was Renee’s own relative!
My grandmother spent 4 weeks here and Monique Mack left an impression on us all. Her level of interest and care with my grandmother was unrivaled among these healthcare professionals. This is an amazing facility with great people.
Miss Monique Mack was the first to greet me when I first came in, and her smile really put me at ease. When she made the breakfast it was the same way that I had at home, 2 eggs sunny side up with 2 pieces of toast. I looked forward to the mornings where she was making breakfast. She has a radiant, sunny disposition and when I go home she will be one of the people I miss the most.
Renee is a great aid here for my grandmother!
