Warning! Do not use this firm. I aquired Attorney Justin Soares for my sevices. He was Incompetent in court. He burned through my retainer by sitting in court without any court room presence. Soares allowed public defenders to go ahead of him in court. He never returned my calls or emails. This was a complete waste of time and money.

I recently worked with Scott Jackson at Levinson, Spiegel & Jackson on a real estate lawsuit. I was not only impressed with his knowledge but also with the way he thought outside the box, which led to a successful case for me. His assistants were always very quick to respond to emails or phone calls. I highly recommend them.
I said I prefer a phone calls not emails and I was told to find another attorney. I’m sorry I like face-to-face or phone to phone contact not emails. Therefore, I suggest don’t call these people if you want to speak with someone on the phone or in person.
