Larry Newton is a great attorney, extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend
Started working on a real estate transaction with Attorney Newton. The contract he drew up was subpar. The home address was incorrect in literally the first line of the contract, it did not include some contingencies we requested and he advised that we 'just write them in', and the contract tried to assign some costs to the wrong party. Had to reach out multiple times to request appropriate corrections and he did not update the contract in a timely matter. Fortunately for us, the deal fell through due to other matters.
