Mr. Blacke was referred to me by the Related Group to represent me for the purchase of a new construction condo. Mr. Blacke forwards emails from the developer but does not respond to emails or return calls. The legal document he prepared for me contained numerous errors. I do not recommend using him as a lawyer.

If his work is anything like how he takes care of his dog then he absolutely sucks. Can't have a decent meal outside at the restaurant because he leaves his dog out on the balcony barking for hours.
Worst company ever, stay away AWAY from them, unfortunately had to used them because my buyer choose them but they don't communicated with you at ALL. They don't know what theyre doing. Don't even know they need to order a survey for the client, sent and email advising everyone in the transaction that everything is been closed and funded with the ALTA included for all parties records. etc.... COMMUNiCATION is something so simple and is the key into this bussiness.
Through our efforts Mr Halper was provided an opportunity to resolve his matter in a manner that would have significantly improve his life. He rejected that opportunity.
