The Best Engineer in the business! The Adams
I hired L. A & A to do a simple consultation on a residential property in Havertown, PA. After over a week of waiting for the results of his visit he had to come back to re-measure some things his "partner" forgot. I believe he may have been a good engineer in his prime but the gentleman is old and his response time is suffering. He also charges by the hour and is extremely slow. I would find another engineer if you're looking for one in this area.
