I've gotten acupuncture from Shahida on and off for about 2 years. She is an incredibly gifted and holistic provider who truly cares about the mind-body connection and wellness of her clients. She is kind and compassionate; I would recommend her to beginners and seasoned acupuncture clients alike.
This was my very first acupuncture appointment, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I saw Seth, and he made sure I understood everything and felt comfortable the whole time. The session was super relaxing, and I left feeling lighter and really cared for. Excited to keep coming back and continue the healing process!
Seth is great. He has helped with a lot of issues that I have encountered and I am feeling better than I have in a while. All the staff is friendly and informative when I have questions.

Fixed my posture in the 1 first visit, I’ve been sitting and walking erect ever since, The acupuncturist she seemed very sincere because she took interest,listened carefully, and was able to formulate a game plan for me, I was instructed on a few techniques and also I think that the acupuncture on the shoulder area along with the Suction cups Really must’ve did something fantastic that day, because now I have Kingly a walk.
