I happen to have the good fortune of being on a Guan Jing Retreat with Shahida. I arrived to the location in extreme pain, which had been plaguing my neck, shoulder blade back of arm area for about four months prior. Shahida so graciously offered to give me acupuncture. I started going because I was in extreme pain. I have chronic pain in my neck, shoulder and chest from a car accident 14 years ago. I have tried everything.
