This is my first time experiencing acupuncture and I am so glad I stepped out of my comfort zone and gave it a try. Shahida is amazing. I highly recommend.
You gotta make it in to see Shahida. She has curated such a beautiful healing space to recieve acupuncture. All the details are nourishing. You’ll start by being offered a cup of tea before going into the treatment space. Shahida listens with heart and wisdom and integrates all that you share into the session. After placing the needles, she will make sure you’re comfy & warm then she steps out while you get to unwind. I've gotten acupuncture from Shahida on and off for about 2 years. She is an incredibly gifted and holistic provider who truly cares about the mind-body connection and wellness of her clients. She is kind and compassionate; I would recommend her to beginners and seasoned acupuncture clients alike.
This was my very first acupuncture appointment, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I saw Seth, and he made sure I understood everything and felt comfortable the whole time. The session was super relaxing, and I left feeling lighter and really cared for. Excited to keep coming back and continue the healing process!
Seth is great. He has helped with a lot of issues that I have encountered and I am feeling better than I have in a while. All the staff is friendly and informative when I have questions.
