Really POOR service! I am a LTD company and Lawnsmith refuses to provide me with a VAT invoice UNLESS i register/create an account with them!!! I have never, ever had that problem; every company I have ordered from has always provided me with a VAT invoice upon request, but never I had to create an account to retrieve my VAT invoice! Customer service doesnt want to do ANYTHING!!! ONLY after threatening to report them to HMRC, they sent me straight away my VAT invoice!
