No clue how the hiring process works here but they can’t even hire someone with enough phone etiquette to learn how to leave a proper outgoing message. “You’ve reached JENNY”… BEEEEEEP. Way to scrape the bottom of the barrel
The clerk was helpful, review is solely in regards to the system itself. This municipality is incredibly small but has some of the highest ratios (population to citations issued). Like anyone else when I'm wrong, I'm wrong and will happily pay a ticket for my mistake. In Lawnside, they invent mistakes to leech money out of you and justify the police department existing. I just plan on never driving through lawnside New Jersey again just so I don’t risk getting a ticket because trying to get it resolved with this borough is awful. Why is the vm for their number for someone named Jenny??? How am I supposed to pay my ticket
Called 30 times from 9:30Am to 10:30 am and nobody answered. Also voice mail is full. Very unprofessional.
