I got a traffic citation 2 hours away from where I live. Doug took care of my case even when I wasn’t able to make it out there. I hired this law firm for my son. He works nights so the communication with the attorney's office was done through me. They are affordable but very difficult to get ahold of and they do not return calls. If you have questions on your case you need to be sure and call well in advance of the court date (at least 3 weeks). I was told every time they would need to "ask Doug" and they would get back with me. They would never get back with me and they apparently could never get ahold of Doug. I see some people leaving 1 star for lack of communication? Believe me, if he can't get back with you, that does not mean he won't get you the best he can on court day! Trust his process!
