I hate leaving bad reviews, because a lot of times bad reviews can be prevented by communicating with the business, but we have tried and people should know what they are getting into before buying a high ticket item. If you want your brand new dryer to work for more than 2 loads, I do not recommend. We bought a brand new dryer and on the second day big blue sparks shot out of it.
