Personally I'm not impressed. It's been 6 weeks since she's taken on my case. (Issue with Montgomery chevy/kia on preston hwy. If u wanna say that. She's uncommunicative. Every update I've had to contact her for. Than she acts like I'm bothering her. It's been 3 weeks since I've heard from her. All she's told me, is 2 letters and a phone call has gone out.
