Mr Bates wrote a Cease and Desist letter to me knowing it had no legal foundation. I lost my LLC and my wages while I fight this in court. If you want an unscrupulous attorney, he’s your guy. He didn’t even serve me legally.
Best attorney I’ve dealt with. Called him with my issue Monday and he pretty much had everything handled by Wednesday. Now I can finally get my license back after 12 years. I live in the Seattle area and didn’t even have to go to Baton Rouge. His prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend to anyone.
