Carolyn Weiss SUPERBLY represented me in a complicated New York City coop sale. The process had a lot of moving parts in that the coop was actually owned by a family trust, with the trustee living in a distant state, requiring a lot of the paperwork to be done through the mails comfortably ahead of the closing.
