He is a horrible attorney. He had me sign for two strikes and I didn't even know. The gaurds at the jail house told me and thats how I found out. I had to go to jail for something I didn't do with him.
Having Mr. Beers as my attorney set my mind at ease from the first consultation. Having someone that could answer all of my questions and provide the best possible outcome was definitely worth the money. I truly feel like he did everything he could and provided the court with an excellent argument. He even responded to my texts/emails well beyond afterhours which most attorneys will not do. I would recommend him to anyone that needs a criminal defense lawyer.
Do not recommend. Literally did nothing to help me. I ended up in a worse position with him. Used me for the money and acted like he tried his best. DO NOT RECOMMEND EVER
