I saw Mr Wolfe in his office in Metuchen three times in 2016-2017. He met me at my mother’s nursing home in Whiting, NJ to go over and have her sign a POA as I was taking care of everything. The last time I was in his office he said he would find a doctor to go see my mother and determine if she is competent to write a new will. This never happened and I received a card in the mail saying that my case was closed. I called the office and spoke to a woman and told her the situation.
