The lack of communication is the biggest issue. I went a whole month without any update about my case. Spoke to the receptionist several times and still got the run around. I am not happy with the lack of communication at all they really need to make some changes regarding this.

I can’t say enough great things about Thomas Flippin and his staff! My husband and I went to him to create our will and trust and he made the process seamless.
