Absolutely unhelpful. I sent an email asking for options dealing with a Title issue. All responses were very short and unhelpful. I asked for potential options to consider and was simply told to contact the title company. I wouldn't be reaching out to an attorney if I hadn't contacted the title company first. This company came highly recommended, but I have no idea why.
