I would never work or trust anyone in this office again! Shanti Hess hustled me out of $700 to refile for child support and when the paperwork couldn't be filed she wanted to charge me another $300 to do more paperwork that was never filed to begin with. While it took her 3 months to complete and I had to keep texting her to make sure it was being completed. I'm filing for child support and she is hustling people out of money. This heavyset lady ripped my door open today and cussed me out for parking in front of drive way I was in the wrong but she didn’t choose to talk at all she chose violence. I was more than willing to move but she decided first to rip my door wide open than to communicate. heavy set lady with a bad attitude not surprised at all why this business has bad reviews shows in the character of the associates that work here. In a lifetime we all may need a lawyer a good lawyer . Susan is far from being at least professional I don’t know how many times a called her to get information about my case and she never called me back I had to call Raynaldo at “La familia” office to get answers. Please do yourself a favor do not waste your time here. (Any lawyer it’s gonna cost money I don’t care about that she’s not the first I hired.) but I regretted totally unprofessional.
