Mr S***** was rude on the phone, when i asked questions about contesting the will of my mother, he told me any attorney can handle that. i asked for a copy of the will (since i was her only blood child) he sarcastically replied you can get it from the court house. after that i said i will be contesting the will and stated to ask him a question and he just hung up the phone. not to professional in my opinion. if i treated potential customers that way at my place of employment i would be un employed.. i would not recommend him... read more

This adverse party was not a client, and since he was not named as a beneficiary in his mother's will, it was not appropriate for me to give him any information. I did tell him to hire an attorney if he wanted to contest the will. I was not rude to him and I do not hang up on him.
