Worked with Sobo & Sobo after being rear ended on my motorcycle. Tom Hyland and his team repeatedly neglected my case leading to multiple dismissals, putting me at risk of losing my opportunity to recover anything. I want everyone to know that I have been asked twice to take down my reviews because they were negative and yet, here we are with another real review. I highly doubt this firm has any positive reviews, at least with Tom Hyland as he can rarely be reached. I will not be removing this review and emplore any reader to use this as a cautionary tale. The last time I had contact with someone from this office was in January. I’ve been calling trying to find out about my case. And I’m a little disappointed this been going on since 2024. Someone needs to contact me or I will have to find someone else.
I had an excellent experience working with Tom Hyland at SOBO. From start to finish, Tom was professional, responsive, and extremely knowledgeable.
