Having a car accident for the first time in over 35 years of driving is extremely stressful. From the moment Sobo&Sobo got involved, I didn’t have to worry about ANYTHING! Let me say this again…I didn’t have to worry about ANYTHING! Consistent professional communication and updates were provided and never an issue when I had questions in obtaining a response. Very appreciative and thankful to everyone.
I deleted my initial review, but my fingers are forcing me to type it back. After leaving messages, texts, and being promised call backs from the Chicagoland legal assistant, I called today and was told by someone else, not in the Chicagoland office, that I would receive a call back today. Here we are at 5:21 pm in Chicago Time, after a business day ends. I truly think that these attorneys are loaded with cases and cannot handle their caseload. If I could give zero stars, I would. Absolutely worst and slowest lawyers ever. No one seems to have any answers or even know what they are doing.
