Kaitlyn did an amazing job dealing with a very serious situation that I was totally unprepared for. I was extremely anxious and apprehensive because I have serious PTSD as a disabled military veteran. She was kind attentive and took her job very seriously and was able to negotiate an acceptable agreement on my behalf. I would highly recommend Kaitlyn without any reservations
