It took a very long time 3 1/2 years but they stuck by my side until the end. Always when I called, they were so considerate and caring, made me feel that I was important to them, which have heard many make you feel like you are bothering them if you contact them...not here. Even though they did not get the entire back pay, which shorted them as well as myself, yet still made sure all was completed to the best that could be done and I could not have asked for better service.
