I am happy to say Shaffer Cormell and his team were successful in my case. They operate a little differently from the competition. With a lot of traffic attorneys, their approach is pretty similar. It’s almost always a gamble and heavily dependent on the judge as most of the time a CHP officer will show up if you decide to fight it.
