Seth is the consummate appellate lawyer. Nobody knows the Fifth Circuit like he does. He is the definition for frequent flyer to New Orleans and he just finished arguing before the Supreme Court of the United States. Nationwide, he is the go-to guy.
CJA appellate counsel with a failure to communicate. Seth Kretzer filed an appeal brief with one argument petitioning the court for relief in the Defendants name without ever discussing the case, communicating, or meeting with the defendant. Unethical. According to Texas Lawyer, Mr. Kretzer is "fighting for the Constitution" and his "clients". Apparently he simply talks a good game, typical.
