This is an ongoing development. Have been with this firm regarding a workers comp claim for nearly 3 years now. Throughout the process, this firm, and in particular my case manager Monica Gonzalez, has inspired little to no confidence in the name Scott Warmuth. I have had continual issues with my case manager, particularly regarding communication, organization and general lack of respect. 2 instances in particular were a) having a ~15 minute call with Monica where she could not find a particular doctor's report and continual... read more
