I went to see a lawyer to draw up a contract for me. All I needed was a rent to own contract. The lawyer began to ask me about my income and were I work, when not even the owner of the property asked me about it. He was asking me where I was from and what country I was born in. Which has nothing to do with drawing up a contract. He did not want to do the contract, using the excuse that there's another person living in the property.
