Scott Lathrop guided me through an Unemployment case where I was wrongly disqualified. Scott always was level headed and kind and his work is a step by step detailed approach. I would highly recommend him if you need assistance in the Labor Law area. I unfortunately cannot recommend Scott Lathrop based on my experience. While my case ultimately resulted in a settlement, the representation itself was frustrating and, at times, felt very unprofessional. Communication was consistently an issue, and I frequently found myself having to follow up for basic information and updates. I was also uncomfortable with the negotiation process. Attorney Stott Lathrop is one of a kind. He’s a man of few words, but each word carries weight. Based upon my experience, he’s proven to genuinely care about what is in his clients’ best interests. That said, he leaves the door open to let his client ultimately choose their own path. There was never a time when I felt misunderstood or like a burden despite my many questions.
