I am not an attorney but assisting someone that does not know his rights as a tenant, the woman that answers the phone refused to give me her name and made comments aloud while hanging up the phone. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau after this review. Its an absolute shame that the minute they realized they could no longer take advantage of an individual they shut down and had nothing to say, why could she not take a message for the attorney, or why did she refuse to give me her name.
