Ryan was able to get our property taxes reduced. Initially the repeal was rejected, but Ryan thought we had a good case and he decided to appeal the matter. He was successful and we have received the refund. Additionally, we are expecting refunds for the following two years. We're very happy with Ryan's services and would highly recommend him.

I would not recommend working with Ryan. I had a horrible experience which may have cost me thousands of dollars. Upon receiving Ryan’s name from a colleague, I retained Ryan to appeal my property tax assessment in McHenry County (McHenry Township), which had increased by 78%!!!!
