Highly recommend Russell and his wonderful assistant, Nicole. Both are incredibly knowledgeable and truly take the time to sift through all the information provided to assess whether you have a likely winning case. My husband and I experienced some frustration during the process; however, those moments were handled professionally and with a lot of patience, explanation, and understanding.

Don’t send this guy’s paralegal any of your personal information on initial calls without actually speaking to Russell Goldsmith and deciding if you want to use him or knowing if he’ll take your case. I contacted him as an inquiry upon recommendation of another attorney in Maine. He didn’t want my case (I would not have used him annyway) and now refuses to delete the personal information he received from me.
