He took my case which had to go to trial - my mistake in hiring him because he was, in my opinion, out of his league and his incompetence showed.
I don't know how he is able to get google to illegally remove my review from public but this is MY OPINION & FREE SPEECH - I recommend STAY AWAY. Horrible experience. Absolutely terrible lawyer if you can even call him that in my opinion. I feel I could have better represented my family and myself. Very honest lawyer. Very rare these days.
My husband and I began the process of estate planning with a of trepidation. We were referred to Robert Walton and I am so thankful we were. Mr. Walton was extremely knowledgeable and patient with us. He helped us navigate planning our estate needs with a lot of explanation and guidance. He is an excellent attorney and easy to work with as well. We are so much more at ease now knowing that our estate is set up for our children according to our wishes. We have since referred him to several of our friends.
He has been a pleasure to work with. He has been by my side for all aspects of a complicated case and would highly recommend him for any of your estate/probate needs.
